Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or return authorization form provided in the portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
